We offer Coaching for Women by women, to enable you to move forwards, by guiding you through personal change and growth. We will support you while you work on your current actions and choices to bring them in line with your aspirations for the future. Aligning your behaviour, your beliefs and your opportunities, perhaps also developing new options for how to get you where you want to be.

Coaching is flexible, personal and very effective. Coaching is time out for you, to focus on yourself, with a highly trained professional to give you her time attention and expertise.

Dream Futures is a coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy practice serving Birmingham, the Black Country and Shropshire. We can meet you at your work place or at public places like hotels if you would prefer a more relaxed environment.

Dream Futures also runs Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP clinics across our ‘patch’. We currently have clinics operating in Walsall (on the Broadway), Wolverhampton (in the town centre) and in Darlaston. This service is also available to groups and employers by arrangement.

Specialist surgery’s covering diet and also covering confidence raising your young people are run at various locations.

We specialise in weight control and self image, gambling issues, IBS, and anxiety issues.
